speed up xp after using it lot

Hello guys,today i'll be showing you how to speed up xp after using it a lot.simple and easy just Read carefully to understand.

1-first thing u need to do it's going to start<run<type"prefetch

and delete every thing in there 

2-go againe to run<and type"%tmp%"

and delete every thing in there

after doing all this steps

go to you're desktop and right click

and "new raccouris" and type in there this

code"%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks"

and click next after cold it "refresh ram"

and click finishif you're computer been to slow againe just double click on refresh ram and you will see a big deferrent
