Here's a cool website I use which is helpful for downloading multiple essential programs all at once.
what this software does do :
like when you buy a new computer and you want programes like "vls media player" 
and "skype"

How to use:

1-First when you open the web site what will appear is a programes which you can download it free (image)

2-to download the programe you want just select it and click "get installer"
