Follow This Steps To get The Large Icone LIke In tHe image

Start<Control panel

This Will Pop up
1-Just click..."View "
2-and in There shearch for "48*48" and Check it
3-and Check "32 Bits" too
And ClIcke apply and Ok 
and go to you're desktop you will find it Bigger And Larger
